1000 SC series of controllers takesadvantage of the power of this chip while remaining
fully backward compati-ble, making it simple and easy for existing customers to
adopt EX II technolo-gy. With a wider operating temperature range, on-chip
RAM, higher touchcoordinates, expanded regulatory approvals, and improved ESD and
EMI, thiscontroller is a robust solution for popular touch applications. By
integrating EX II 1000SC into your touch solution, you'll gain the abilityto download
firmware from the resident host PC to the controller at the timeof start-up, floppy
or CD-ROM. This allows access to the latest 3M TouchSystems firmware features
- even to systems already deployed in the field.These controllers are RS 232 serial
and available in pearl, black, or uncased versions
